1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swiperoulette. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Guest accounts are temporary and may be deleted. Google sign-in accounts are linked to your Google email.

3. Acceptable Use

• Users must not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination
• No illegal activity, nudity involving minors, or explicit content involving non-consenting parties
• No spam, scams, phishing, or commercial solicitation
• Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination

4. Premium Subscriptions

Gold (19.99 EUR/month) and Diamond (29.99 EUR/month) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on swiperoulette.com is owned by Swiperoulette. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Swiperoulette is provided as-is. We are not liable for user conduct, content shared during video calls, or any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Data We Collect

• Email address (only if you sign in with Google)
• Display name and gender preference
• Guest users provide no personal data

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Video or audio recordings - never
• Chat messages - not stored on our servers
• Browsing history or location data
• IP addresses for tracking purposes

Video Calls

All video and audio is end-to-end encrypted using WebRTC technology. Streams go directly between users (peer-to-peer) and never pass through or are stored on our servers. Even our administrators cannot access your conversations.

Payments

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (JWT token) to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies.

Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties.

GDPR

EU users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data at any time. Contact support@swiperoulette.com for data requests.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• Full refund available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
• Contact support@swiperoulette.com with your account email and reason for refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
• For subscriptions used beyond 7 days, partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation

• Cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@swiperoulette.com
• Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly - cancel before renewal to avoid charges

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
